Health Aide Services
State-certified
home health aides trained to assist patients with personal care, activities
of daily living, hygiene and grooming.

worker will assist the patient and family/caregiver find available
community resources to resolve social and emotional difficulties resulting
from illness.

Who is Eligible?
To qualify
for home health care services, a potential patient must:
- Essentially homebound
- Need
intermittent care
- Require skilled
medical care by a health care professional
